Digitalistic tunes: El Rod – Art Nouveau: Deluxe

© El Rod

We introduced El Rod a little while ago. So we’ll skip the introduction this time, because you can read it here. But we do want to keep you updated about what this ‘out-of-the-box’ artist has been up to. He has released an EP this summer, named Art Nouveau, in conjunction with jeanslabel Wrangler. Now a Deluxe version of the EP has been presented, from which the single ‘She likes it’ has an actual video. The first one in a set of visuals that will be released.

Digitalistic idea: MINI drive-in cinema

Digitalista K’s dreamcar is a MINI. She has driven the one of her ex-boyfriend and since then she’s hooked. Unfortunately she can’t afford to buy herself one yet. Otherwise you might find her at the MINI drive-in cinema. Another great concept from the Cool Hunter‘s Acces agency. Remember McFancy? That was also one of their genious ideas.

Want to know how Digitalista K’s dream MINI would look like? Probably like this one spotted in London:

Local brands spotlight: WE conceptstore by Wonderwall

Come in, and have a peek...

A few weeks ago we went to the opening of the brand new conceptstore of Dutch fashion retailer WE in Nijmegen . They have changed their shop interiors into a new and creative experience, made possible by renowned design agency Wonderwall from Tokyo (responsible for prestigious projects like Colette in Paris, several Uniqlo stores, the Nike store in Harajuku…etc) and Dutch design and furniture studio MOOOI.

Great concept by The Cool Hunter: McFancy

McFancy by The Cool Hunter Access

At the start of the new year, The Cool Hunter will be launching ‘Access’: A dedicated entity that will continue their work of creating highly original, transformational, yet eminently practical and results-oriented strategies for companies to stage the kinds of offline brand experiences that will increase the economic value of their offering.

You really have to see this great concept they’ve come up with: McFancy, an upmarket temporary McDonald’s store that launches at Fashion Weeks around the globe — London, New York, Paris, Milan, Sydney, Hong Kong.

Match your nails with your e-mails

O.P.I X DELL laptops
O.P.I. X DELL laptops

….That’s the pay-off for a new line of Dell laptops in collaboration with O.P.I. , a known brand in nailpolishes. Another proof that technologie companies are still looking to seduce female consumers.

Not sure if this will result in a laptop-sale rise for Dell, because as a female consumer I am rather interested in having a laptop that blends with my interior, than one that matches my nailpolish…
