Dutch designer Pauline van Dongen debuted at the Amsterdam International Fashion Week (AIFW) with her amazing collection Kinetic Landscapes. A collection that’s all about the effect of wind and water to nature. The Digitalistas spoke to her backstage after the show at the Westergas area in Amsterdam.

Remember the Paris based rock-pop band Les Plastiscines, Digitalista M. is fan of? Well they are still not very well known in the Netherlands (well, actually M. heard one of their songs in the H&M lately…), but that is still a matter of time, she guess. In the September Issue of Elle Netherlands you can read an interview with les Plastiscines which Digitalista M wrote after she met them in Paris. So, there is something going on. Last Saturday Digitalista E. and I (Digitalista K.) had a little chat with the Facehunter. He was in town for a booksigning, and as we made a habit of interviewing famous bloggers that visit our small country (Susie Bubble, Garance Doré, the Sartorialist…) we couldn’t skip this one either.
Last week, The Sartorialist was in the neighbourhood, so we took the train to Belgium where Scott visited Outlet Shopping Maasmechelen Village for a book signing session. Of course we spoke with him for a little while. Digi E (who interviewed him for Glamour) was in heaven because as she photographs herself, Scott is a huge icon for her. I, Digi M, was more curious if the man she met 2,5 years ago during a blog conference at the MET museum in New York, was still the same ‘I can’t believe Vogue asked me’ stay-at-home-dad.
