Rumour has it that British Style Icon Kate Moss (she was awarded the style icon who best embodies the spirit of London as a creative fashion capital), may leave London and move to Paris!
According to an insider she wants to move closer to the epicentre of fashion, and although London is a creative and hip city, Paris is where fashion all began:
Do you remember when we reported on the Dior Christmas tree for the Claridges Hotel in London? Well, here it is! And it really looks like the sketch John Galliano had made.
When having fashionable friends, it is most difficult to find appopriate Christmas gifts for them. They are already so spoiled with goodiebags and all…their closets are filled with the nicest clothes and accessories.
The challenge is to find a gift that is, besides fashionable, funny, and something they will remind you by. And we might have found it..
The Claridges hotel in London is a wonderful classic heritage hotel. We have been there for the Mulberry show and afterparty, and were very impressed. There’s even a lady handing you a towel in the ladies room…We’re not used to that luxury here!
But despite the classic character, the hotel also wants to move forward, and now- for the first time in their 112-year old history- they collaborated with a designer to design the hotel’s Christmas tree. John Galliano has the honors in the name of Dior.
Each time I (Digitalista K) saw you at a Fashion Week I was wondering: who is that man. You always wear luxurious cowboyish outfits (Galliano, Cavalli, Gucci, Dolce & Gabbana…as flamboyant as possible) which draws the attention of streetstyle bloggers and fashion photographers who gather around you like a swarm of bees because they want to take your picture. But there is still this aura of mystery around you…
