There are several things you can wake me up in the middle of the night for to eat. Sushi, cocquilles and lobster. And we now have a take out for lobster (and more): The Lobster House.
Did you know that most seafood restaurants in Paris have their take-out business on the side? I always missed that in Amsterdam. That’s why I so warmly welcome this concept.
Last Saturday The Lobster House celebrated its official opening, and my friends and I went to take a look and have a bite. I actually had a dinner for a Triumph launch in the studio adjacent to the take-out before, but that was a set menu. Now I got a taste of the burgers -they have lobster, tuna, salmon, crab- and they’re all so very tasty, with a preference for the Tuna with Wasabi mayonnaise.
An absolute must when you want a quick, fresh, and healthy bite after shopping in the Utrechtsestraat that’s just around the corner (shopping at Marc by Marc Jacobs and food at the Lobster House sounds like a great combination, right?)
The next door studio is available for events, launches, parties, meetings or photo shoots.
