While I was watching Lady Gaga at the Graham Norton show on television last night, Versace confirmed that Miss Gaga is the new face of the label’s S/S’14 campaign.
Photographers duo Mert Alas and Marcus Pigott captured the artist in a very Donatella-ish way with mermaid long blonde hair and a figure-hugging lavender dress enhanced with the house’s iconic lion’s head.
Even though the designer label remained very secretive about the whole thing, it comes as no surprise as Gaga dedicated an entire song to Donatella on her latest album ‘Art Pop’, and she was previously dressed by Versace during her ’12-’13 ‘Born This Way’ Ball Tour.
The two are big buddies as can be seen on the pictures below.
