You must probably think, if a brand is called Dior Homme, what does that have to do with women? Well, Dior Homme gave men a feminine touch with their sleek cut tailoring, and that has always appealed to women.
Kris van Asche, Dior Homme’s creative director revealed this morning that he’s launching a women’s Dior Homme denim line, called Petite Taille (Small Sizes, TD). And this ‘petite’ girl is very excited about the news!
The line launches early next year in Dior Homme stores worldwide, bringing Dior Homme closer to the women. Like Kris van Asche said to WWD: “Dior Homme has always appealed to women. Therefore, we decided to offer women a Dior Homme jeans version of her own, jeans being such a key and important unisex item galvanizing all wardrobes.”
Prices start at €270, and will come in the typical Dior Homme ‘skinny’ cut, and a diversity of denim washes.
