I’m celebrating Valentine’s Day with Diptyque’s new limited-edition Rose Duet candle.
Diptyque makes wax candles that omit beautiful, delicious scents – but they aren’t overpowering. The special Valentine’s scent was inspired by the Duet Rose, a hybrid rose known for its unique petals, which are light on one side and dark on the other.
The Rose scent has been combined with that of Baies, Diptyque’s signature smell of roses and blackcurrant leaves. The unique cross combination of the perfumes creates one intoxicating result. It’s fresh, flowery and reminiscent of a bouquet of freshly cut roses. How perfect for Valentine’s Day!
The candle’s bottle was inspired by English wallpaper, with graphic outlines of flowers and branches. In fuchsia on a powdery pink glass, it’s a work of art in itself. Whether you use it for Valentine’s Day or it, it will surely be a beautiful addition to any living room or bedroom!
