As we have mentioned before, Karl Lagerfeld and Carine Roitfeld are working on a book featuring Chanel’s Little Black Jacket. The first exhibition featuring pictures from the book has been opened in Japan, where many of the ‘models’ made their acte de présence; Sarah Jessica Parker, Alice Dellal, Saskia de Brauw, Clemence Poésy and Vanessa Paradis just to name a few.

Last week, a new shoe store hit the centre of Amsterdam; Jeffrey West. A sophisticated, yet very extravagant men shoe brand with an edgy London twist. For all the dandy men out there who are looking for something fresh after brands like Santoni.
Remember the Palladiums? Most of us had a pair of these shoes in the nineties. The brand started out as a tyre-manufacturer for the Airforce in the 1920’s, and since 1947 Palladium made the canvas shoes for adventurous people.
We saw them passing by on the Hans Ubbink catwalk. These were made of leather, and we kind of liked them for the men. We are more into heels now ourselves, but boyfriend or husband might just like the new models designed by British designer Neil Barett.
