Especially when your name is Digitalista E./ Little Miss Jacobs (her nick name), who had to ride on her bike all the way to the centre of Amsterdam with her designer heels, little black dress and cute leopard coat on. And it was almost raining! But lucky her: the front row moment at the fashion show of Hans Ubbink made her day!

Tavi to cover couture shows for Pop Magazine

I (digitalista M.) just finished my story for de Volkskrant, a prestigious daily newspaper in Holland, about the influence of all those teeny tiny teenage fashionbloggers like Tavi. The story will be published on the 30th of January and it’s all about the question; why are these kids booming business? Tavi is my big example and I made a whole list of all the things she had done…so far. Because every time you think it can’t become weirder, it gets weirder.

More and more brands use Facebook to start up and communicate their contests. A good way to reach ‘ordinary people’ and bloggers around the world.

When we were in London, Digitalista E., our muze E and Digitilista K. were competitors in a Topshop contest where Facebook was used as a medium to publish the photos and let people vote for their favourite looks.

Bloggers for US Vogue

Some of the bloggers that were sitting frontrow last show season

The rumour goes that a selection of the most influencial bloggers of the moment will be featuring in a Vogue photoshoot. They are all being a bit secretive about it, but according to an insider Tommy Ton from Jak & Jil, Bryan Boy, the Sartorialist and his love Garance Dore, and Facehunter were photographed for the March issue of Vogue.
