Next to that amazing fashion line (think futuristic outerwear with hand-finished details) Karl exposed a series of black and white portraits of 13 celebs like Lou Doillon, Elisa Sednaoui, Leigh Lezark and our number one favorite male model – and singer.. – Baptiste Giabiconi.
We love Karl Lagerfeld! Especially after we’ve heard that Volkswagen tackled the fashion designer for a new commercial featuring also muse Baptiste Giabiconi. Sweet!

One of my wishes is to travel to Argentina. And since I’ve seen the new Chanel campaign even more so. The campaign was shot in Buenos Aires, Argentina, where Claudia Schiffer, Baptiste Giabiconi and Freja Beha Erichsen wear their gaucho hats with pride.

Why do Baptiste Giabiconi and Lara Stone get to rob Chanel stores and stay unpunished? It ain’t fair! But fun to look at.
Karl Lagerfeld directed this short film named ‘Vol de Jour’ (Theft of the day, TD). It’s like a modern version of Bonnie & Clyde, but robbing Chanel stores instead of banks.
The Chanel Cruise collections are always presented on surprising locations. Since Chanel is hot in Asia, and a new boutique opened in the Shanghai Peninsula Hotel five days ago, the Chanel caravan is moving to Shanghai to show on December 4th. After all, Shanghai is known as ‘the Paris of the East’.
As we know, one of Karl Lagerfeld’s many talents is photography. And there is something about Baptiste Giabiconi that obviously inspires him…enough for a 10 page editorial in VMAN. As Digitalista M. mentioned before, men inspire us too! We can really appreciate men in well-tailored suits that makes us think of icons from the past.
