The best place to shop? We say Brick Lane in London! One of our favorite spots to buy vintage treasures! So we love the idea of a Trash&Treasures event during Amsterdam Fashion Week, inspired on the popular garage sales you see in London. Especially when the event is mixed with live music, Bols cocktails and some hot bloggers. Like the Digitalista’s for example!
When Converse invited me for a travelling event called You’re Here, I had no idea what to expect. ‘It is something with all kinds of creative acts and celebrating the spirit of self expression’, they said. Well, and because we love creative people, Digitalista M. took the bus to Antwerp and party AND painted all night long with some cool, relaxed, and above al creative people!

Her new video directed by Steven Klein shows a lot of things Madonna used in her video’s before: SM, simulating orgies, referring to religion, wearing pointy bra’s, dancing half naked, steamy scenes with muscular guys, these guys also wear high heels…
Last week at the very cool Hilfiger Denim Live party in Paradiso Amsterdam, I spotted Matt & Kim (a music-duo from Brooklyn) for the first time. I immediately fell in love with those guys. They rocked the club with their energy-filled performance like nobody else did! Especially Kim drew my attention. This small girl on drums, hit her drumsticks like another day would never come. And the best was, she had an amazing smile on her face all night long! She and her friend Matt had so much fun on stage that me and my friends went crazy on the dance floor. I liked it so much! Meet some motherf*ckers from New York City: Semi Precious Weapons. The support act of Lady Gaga’s Monster Ball Tour. We saw them performing live yesterday at the Gaga Concert and where a little in shock. Especially by the lead singer. Think: Perez Hilton gay but then a little bit thinner, with a cool rock voice but wearing nude tights, golden high-heels and a tong at the seem time. Gay Glam-Rock like you never seen it before…
Because we all love the new Adidas commercial tune…It is a classic song from the ‘70’s by soul lady Dee Edwards! We didn’t expect that at all. It sounds so hip, funky and cool.
