There’s been a lot of buzz in the beauty industry lately about serums and how we should all be using them to give skin an extra boost of moisture.
So I’ve been testing out First Aid Beauty’s Ultra Repair Hydrating Serum for a few weeks to put it to the test. The multipurpose formula works to give skin a dose of hydration, leaving it plumped and nourished.
It has a beautifully cool, fresh texture that absorbs quickly and is lightweight, which is particularly refreshing first thing in the morning. The clear gel-like formula is made with special ingredients like hyaluronic acid, colloidal oatmeal and aloe leaf juice, which help to lock in moisture, soothe and calm irritation.
If that’s not enough, it also helps to minimize the appearance of wrinkles and increase firmness.
How to use a serum, you ask? You can use them morning and night, but it’s important to apply BEFORE your moisturizer, and let it fully absorb before you follow with a cream. Try it for yourself – though I can affirm it seals in moisture all day long.
First Aid Beauty is available in the Netherlands at Cosmania.
