Peter Thomas Roth’s Vitamin C Brightening Cleansing Powder

Sundays are my dedicated skincare day, when I take the time to treat myself to a mask and exfoliation before another work week begins. There’s nothing like the feeling of your skin after a deep cleanse and good scrub – it’s softer, visibly brighter and radiant.

 

For the past few weeks, Sundays have been ever better than usual thanks to my latest discovery: Peter Thomas Roth’s Camu Camu Power C X 30. It’s a brightening cleansing powder (yes, powder) that is activated by water and transforms into a creamy facial cleanser. Or – my new Sunday special – use a little less water and it becomes a denser, deep-cleansing exfoliating paste. Think of it as a two-in-one wonder product that gives you more bang for your buck!

What makes it so special? The formula is made using Amazonian Camu Camu berry, which has 30 times the vitamin C of an orange. Because it’s so concentrated, the vitamin C can penetrate super deep into skin to help smooth, firm and brighten from far below the surface. On top of that, the formula’s got added rice powder and bamboo extract – which work to gently exfoliate – plus extracts of the Baltic Amber gem will polishes skin for an amazing finish.

For day-to-day use, the powder will wash away dirt and oil, cleaning your pores and removing impurities. Twice a week exfoliation will give your skin a more heavy-duty workout leaving it brighter and energized.
