The beautiful book came about when MOMO’s co owner Yossi Eliyahoo and the executive chef of the restaurant, Hariprasad Shetty joined hands with the Israeli food and still life photographer Dan Perez.
We’ve had dinner at MOMO’s several times before and we have to say that the presentation of the food is always immaculate and original. On our last visit we had a tuna tartar served in an igloo! How amazing is that?
The book is an extension of MOMO the restaurant, bar & lounge, the signature dishes and its people. Don’t expect an ordinary recipe book with just some pretty images but a complete work of reference; the MOMO experience.
