“I have worked, amongst others, at restaurant Vermeer, Auberge de Kieviet, Americain, Dikker & Thijs, and Beaubourg. At the moment I’m mostly working in my own restaurant, LUTE, EXPLORE Events and I’ll be working at Taste of Christmas in Utrecht soon.”
How will Peter Lute celebrate Christmas this year?
“In the way that suits me best: behind the stove in my restaurant LUTE. We’ll be open on both Christmas day and Boxing Day. My team and I will provide delicious Christmas flavours.”
What does Peter Lute’s Christmas dinner look like?
“Before the guests come for my Christmas dinner, I will make a delicious 3-course dinner for my team. In my yearly Christmas speech I always mention all the ups and downs of the past year and share a glimpse of 2015.”
What is his golden tip for the ultimate Christmas dinner?
“It’s very simple, but very important: don’t make it too difficult for yourself, and above all… enjoy the moment!”
