Several Dutch top chefs’ festive recipes feature in the Good Food Book, in support of the World Food Programme. The book was revealed on Tuesday at the Foodhallen, and so were some dishes from the recipe book.
Chef Ramon Beuk presented the event, while Ron Blaauw and Niven Kunz prepared their dishes for the guests to savor.
There are two versions of the Good Food Book; the small X-mas edition which one receives with the purchase of 3 sheets of PostNL X-mas stamps (because they look cooler on an X-mas card than a regular stamp), and the large edition -containing 11 menu’s from the renowned chefs- which can be ordered at FDBCK and Bol.com.
The holidays are always moments of awareness and therefore the perfect time for such initiatives. Thanks to the proceeds of both books, children in Malawi can be provided with proper meals.
