I think I’ve told you before that I am quite picky when it comes to jewelry. I have a preference for clean and simple with a twist. And now I’ve stumbled upon Bandhu.
Bandhu means: friendship, friend and guardian in old Sanskrit.
Designer Viona van Dijk aimed to create a collection of jewelry with simple aesthetics but each with their unique signature. The re-used leather inlays give the bracelets their individual look, and it’s a great example of upcycling!
The bracelets are available in stainless steel, silver or gold plated steel, and fish, snake, lizard or croco leather, but also in hairy variations such as leopard. Plus, they are very affordable. I was looking at similar bracelets in a shop in Florence last weekend, and these were twice the price of the Bandhu bracelets.
All these fab Bandhu accessories are for grabs in their webshop.
