This is already the 4th edition of the culinary festival which kicked off this evening. Amsterdam’s finest restaurants are gathered to present their signature dishes, and we couldn’t resist the deliciousness! Take a look at what we’ve tasted:
Harbour Club:
Asian Beef tartar
Salmon Torch Maki
Ceviche of Dorade
Daalder:
Coquilles St Jacques with black beans and sour cream
Bridges:
Fish soup of ‘good catch’ with saffron, North-Sea shrimps and anchovis brandade
Drinks:
Fever Tree Gin Tonic with Elderflower
Villa Massa Cocktail
Aside from all the tasting of signature dishes, there are food stalls where you can buy products, presentations and workshops to attend.
