I have a new addiction. Luckily it’s a healthy one. I can’t get enough of this snack made with nori, avocado and hummus. Nori is the edible seaweed that’s also used when making sushi. It’s full of essential nutrients like protein, iron, vitamin A, B & C and contains only 4 calories per sheet. Soooo, no need to cut back on this snack, which is also very easy to make. Yay!
Ingredients:
Nori
Avocado
Coriander
Hummus (Combine 200 g chickpeas, 2 table spoons of lemon juice, 2 garlic cloves, cumin, salt, tahini (sesame seeds paste) and water in a food processor, and blend to a creamy purée OR buy good hummus at your local market or organic store.)
1. Spread the hummus on a sheet of nori
2. Cover with some slices of avocado and coriander leaves
3. Add some pepper and salt
4. Fold the nori into a wrap
Enjoy your delicious snack!
Love,
Sophie
