In the NOW: Marie-Stella-Maris ARCHIVES

MSM_archives1We are suckers for cool concepts, especially when there’s an extra dimension to it. We’re also proud when it originates from our creative capital. Marie-Stella-Maris ARCHIVES is such an example.

The brand is foremost known for its natural mineral water in beautifully designed bottles, but with a philanthropic idea behind it; for each sold bottle a fixed amount of the revenue is donated to clean drinking water projects worldwide. In addition to the water, a whole range of CARE products has been launched. Of course, a cool concept doesn’t go without a cool place to experience these new products as well as serving the Marie-Stella-Maris water, so last Friday we were introduced to the Marie-Stella-Maris ARCHIVES. Both brandstore and café on the corner of the Keizersgracht and the Huidenstraat.

But first a bit more about the CARE collection. The products are as natural as possible; lauryl sulphate, glycols, petro chemicals, artificial fragrance, animal derivatives, TEA, DEA, synthetic colours, silicones and parabens. Common ingredients are botanical organic ingredients like coconut oil, geranium, lavender, rosemary, sweet almond oil and lemon grass. The range consists of 120 products -from beauty to lifestyle products such as skin- and haircare to linen sprays and scented candles- which are manufactured in Sweden (as we know the Swedish are very keen on natural products).
