I wasn’t so sure about the mules. Could be because I had this vision of old ladies in a Southern-French village wearing ugly floral apron-dresses and terrycloth mules…But hey, if the Birckenstock-like sandals are back in demand, the mules already had more going for them in terms of stylishness.
Crafted in black leather and with a cut-away gold hammered wedge heel; I wouldn’t mind having these mules on my feet. The large black upper strap gives them a minimalistic touch when seen from the front, but once your feet are turned, a chique wedge heel appears. They would look amazing with our black body-com maxi dress.
A second style suggestion for a more androgynous look would be to wear them with white cropped trousers and a plain white top; comfy and classy.
