Last week Smashbox launched its newest lip gloss, Be Legendary. With 16 gorgeous colors, this is a must-have product heading into summer. The new formula is light and airy, with a mega gloss mirror shine that’s not sticky!
“I love the look of lip gloss, but the stickiness is usually out of control,” says Lori Taylor Davis, Smashbox Global Pro Lead Artist. “This gloss is so smooth and lightweight. I’m obsessed!”
The Be Legendary gloss was inspired by photo gels found on set at photo shoots. The formula is hydrating and isn’t made using traditional binders which cause the stickiness found in most glossing products. Smashbox scientists then added bold, vibrant pigments to the formula for fantastic color effects. The result is an airy, lightweight coverage with saturated color and incredible gloss, just like a photo gel. One swipe is all you need!
“I’m always surprised to see that my team set finds inspiration,” says Davis Factor, Smashbox Founder and renowned photographer. “During a photo shoot, I accidentally used red photo gels and before I knew it, they were already developing this gloss to it.”
The gloss is now available at Douglas stores, for 22 euro.
