Madame LA LA Tan was created by American-Brit Nicole Dash Jones, who was inspired the perfect Californian tan.
The unique formula is a lightweight mousse with ingredients like coco water, aloe, green tea and vitamin E – so while it gives you a healthy glow it also hydrates, moisturizes and detoxifies your skin. And did we mention it has a slimming effect, too?
I opted for LA LA Tan Light, a slightly softer version the product for those of us with fair or pale skin. A quick-dry perfector means you won’t be left leaving brown streaks wherever you sit, and the color will correct itself once on skin – no splotches or streaks, thank you!
The LA LA product is easy to apply by simply pumping the mousse onto skin and rubbing until well blended; at first it doesn’t look like much, but within three hours it develops into a deep golden tan. Like all self-tanners, you should wash your hands well immediately following application.
The tan effect lasts for 10 days and fades naturally. For best results, exfoliate skin just prior to application.
