Cowshed Lippy Cow Natural Lip Balm
A great daily moisturizer, made from a mix of linden blossom essential oil (which is naturally detoxifying and protects lips), calming rose geranium essential oil, and hydrating ylang ylang. Gives off a nice glossy effect – the only bummer is the shine doesn’t last long.
Inglot Lip Defence Treatment SPF 25
This lip balm smells deliciously similar to bubble gum, which reminds me of my elementary school days. Acai fruit oil and pomegranate seed extract add mega Vitamin E, which nourishes lips and calms irritated skin. Goes on super smooth and leaves lips with a lovely pinkish gloss.
Clinique Superbalm Moisturizing Gloss
My all-time favorite! It leaves lips with the perfect combination of color and gloss, for great coverage that lasts for hours. It’s also super moisturizing for chilly spring days that leave lips chapped. Preferred hue: #10 grapefruit.
Mac Cremesheen in Pure Zen
The best nude lipstick, with a lovely tan hue that gives lips great coverage (and lasts for hours!)
Dior Addict Extreme in Incognito
Long-lasting wear is guaranteed with Dior Addict lipsticks. Incognito is a fantastic beige tone with a little more pink blended in, for a really soft and slightly glossy look.
Rituals Lipstick in Flamingo Kiss
Pink is so pretty to wear in springtime, and I love this pastel hue. It’s very soft, but gives lips full coverage after one swipe – there’s nothing worse than having to reapply every 10 times before the color begins to show!
Dior Addict Extreme in Riviera
When I’m feeling more adventurous, I love this soft coral hue from Dior.
Revlon Rouge in Love in Rouge Valentine
The. Perfect. Red. Lip. End. Of. Story.
Laura Mercier Lipstick in Courageous
Pretty much the most daring color I’ll ever wear is this rich purple-magenta mix from Laura Mercier. For anyone with pale skin (like me!) it will work to emphasize milky tones in skin for a creamy ‘English rose’ result.
