French cosmetics brand Yves Rocher has been gaining major popularity in recent years – and for good reason. The budget-friendly brand produces quality products developed from plants and raw materials.
Every ingredient used in their products can be traced, because the brand has its own scientists who develop the unique formulas. And the results are visible, because skin can more easily absorb natural molecules (as opposed to chemically-manufactured ingredients – yuk).
My morning makeup regime has just been revamped thanks to the Youthful Glow Foundation and Matte Comfort Powder. The foundation works to hide imperfections and rejuvenate skin, giving it a youthful glow. Available in 10 shades, the formula is made with soothing pearls wrapped in rose extracts, which allow for a better match to your skin and create that smooth, even radiance. The liquid blends into skin for an even, satiny finish, while also working to hydrate all day.
After applying the Foundation, I dusted my face with the Matte Comfort Powder. The lightweight powder covered up shine on my forehead, but didn’t leave my skin feeling suffocated. I can only imagine what a life-saver this will be in summer months, when skin gets oilier thanks to warm weather and sunscreen. The formula also has a subtle flowery fragrance without being overpowering, and the sleek rose gold case can be easily tucked into any purse or handbag.
