Ever wondered how inspiring a sushi roll can be? It led a young inventor to develop the Rollor®.
Packing a suitcase can already be a hassle, but it gets even worse when you unpack it and find half of your suits or dresses all crinkled. Even rolling up a garment instead of folding doesn’t always help.
“The trick to avoid your suit to get crumpled up in your luggage during travel is to eliminate creases and pressure”, inventor Teun van der Laan explains while he demonstrates the Rollor® suitroller. The Rollor® is made from a smooth and easy to roll out synthetic material with slightly upstanding edges. These edges make sure your garment stays in place and decreases pressure on the material which causes the crinkling.

Aside from the suitroller (€179) there are tie-rollers (€59) available as well. The Rollor® can be found at selected fashion, luggage and design retailers in The Netherlands, Belgium, Luxemburg, France, UK, Denmark, Norway, Sweden and the Rollor webshop.
