It was the 20th edition already. Can you imagine a dance music festival existing this long? After 6 years I’ve attended Mysteryland again. Watch the photo report below…
The Floriade at the Haarlemmermeer was once again the stage for this festival which attracts about 60.000 visitors. Aside from the 150 DJ’s and live acts performing, Mysteryland took the visitor on a journey boasting interactive arts, street acrobats, spectacular shows and other bizarre stage gigs.
We wandered around the vast grounds of the festival and came across lots of happy party people, the huggy bear area, a hint of nostalgia at the Brecht corner, vintage fashion, a funky performance from Skip & Die, The Healing Garden, we’ve rocked it at Bangers & Mash and ended our walk-a-bout at mainstage where Steve Aoki closed the event with a BANG!
Organiser ID&T can look back on a successful 20th edition, despite some raindrops and are probably with their minds on the first US edition of the festival next May at Bethel Woods.
