Karl goes ‘plastique’ with a collaboration for Brazilian shoe label Melissa.
He created a range of 4 pairs of shoes; flats and high heels. The Gina court shoe was inspired by the colours of the Brasilian flag, while the other high heeled shoe -Incensé- comes in the shape of a cornetto icecream. The two pointed flat models are named Melissima and Glam. One enhanced with two straps and a logo in the shape of Karl’s head, the other three pearl beads of different size on the tip.
Of course, these design couldn’t be presented otherwise than with a Karl-like photoshoot, and guess who’s featuring? Indeed, Miss Cara Delevingne.
