Would you rather taste Jessica’s roasted brussel sprouts or Gwyneth’s banana icecream?
Both actresses and mother of two have published a book about a healthy diet and lifestyle. For Gwyneth it is her second cookery book, and she has been promoting a concious lifestyle for a while now with her blog ‘Goop’. Jessica on the other hand is also known as an ecological entrepreneur with preferences for organic produce, though she claims her tips are more down to earth than Gwyn’s: “I didn’t grow up with a bunch of money, so my tips are much more grounded: repurposing things and making things at home.”
Gwyneth Paltrow – It’s All Good
Paltrow’s book is really a diet book. Gwyn eliminates every kind of processed food from the meals; no coffee, no alcohol, no dairy, no eggs, no sugar, no shellfish, no deep-water fish, no wheat, no meat, no soy…so it’s quite radical.
Jessica Alba – The Honest Life, living naturally and true to you
Jessica reveals more than healthy recipes, she shares her own lifestyle through the book, including beauty, style, home etc.
Check the video below for a quick introduction:
In terms of aesthetics, Gwyneth’s book is more clean and graphic, Jessica’s is more convivial.
We guess it’s up to the readers to be the judge of which book suits them best. Whose book would you buy?
