After my trip to Turkey during Easter weekend, I have been eager to try some classic Turkish dishes in the kitchen.
So, we invited some friends for a little dinner party (and what a party it was — the couple who joined us told us they’re engaged!)
For the meal, I made:
Turkish beans with tomatoes, onions and olive oil
Fava beans in tomato sauce
Turkish spicy tomato salad
Beef and bulgur koftas
Zucchini and feta pancakes
Garlic and mint yoghurt
