Dream of long, luscious hair that would make even Kim Kardashian jealous? Ladies across Holland can now get the hair they have always dreamed of at Beauty by Roos Hair Extension salons – the newest of which opened a few weeks ago in Amsterdam.
The extensions are available in lengths of 30, 40, 45, 50 and 60cm. The average head requires about 75 extensions to start (which will add a bit of volume), but some ladies go all the way up to 175 extensions for maximum length and volume. The extensions are attached to your real hair using a special type of wax which safely secures it in place.
As per care and maintenance, the extensions won’t be an inconvenience. They can be washed and styled as you normally would (be sure to use salon-brand products, like Schwarzkopf). The extensions last for up to four months, and can be removed once your natural re-growth gets too long. They blend so well, you can even wear your hair in a low pony-tail without noticing a bulky line (like other types of extensions create).
Beauty by Roos now has five salons across Holland: Amersfoort, Den Bosch, Den Haag, Hengelo and now Amsterdam. The company was founded by Roos van Binsbergen in 2007, when she opened the first hairextension salon in Hengelo.
