The short film, titled ‘Wilhelmina, show your true self’, was directed by Tim Pope -known for many music videos such as The Bangles’ Eternal Flame and The Cure’s Lullaby to name some famous ones- and was set in London’s Victorian age. Cruz features as the enigmatic Wilhelmina whose true Agent Provocateur spirit is revealed by a magical camera. Her inner sexiness is unveiled, and she mesmerizes and bewitches the unwitting photographer with a sensual dance, showing several sets from the new collection.
To enhance the dark and mysterious vibe, the film was shot in the spooky Clerkenwell’s ‘House of Detention’, an old prison which is said to still be haunted by some of its former residents…
