The new Pirelli calendar for 2013 is for sure different than it’s precedents. Not only is the model-filled calendar shot by a photographer who is better known for his report-photography rather than fashion, Steve McCurry (who won the World Press Photo with his NG cover picture of the green-eyed Afghan girl), it also features a pregnant model.
Adriana Lima, the Brazilian beauty and Victoria’s Secret Angel is expecting her second child. That didn’t stop her from posing for the prestigious calendar. Models just keep working throughout their pregnancies!
Aside from Lima, a bunch of other beautiful ladies settled in front of McCurry’s lens. Another interesting fact is that all girls are somehow involved with charitative causes. See more here.
