Sushi Dreams

Digi K is not very susceptible to addictions, but she does have one… She could eat sushi every day. She even gets sushi-cravings and becomes grumpy if she doesn’t admit to the craving.

And now, watching this video-fragment taken from David Gelb’s documentary Jiro Dreams of Sushi about renowned and octogenary sushi-chef Jiro Ono, helps us understand more about the art of making sushi -little did we know that octopus needed a massage!- and we crave for sushi even more…

Interesting facts: Jiro Ono -85 years of age- owns a tiny, ten-seat sushi restaurant Sukiyabashi Jiro in a Tokyo tube station, and is the first sushi-chef to have received 3 Michelin stars.
