“Fashionpeople, phone home”

We all remember Steven Spielberg’s alien and the iconic words: “E.T. phone home.” In these days phones still looked like huge devices with a wire and a hand-set attached to it. Well, guess what? It’s back!

French designer David Turpin designed the POP phone for Native Union, except that the device attached to it is your smartphone, iPad, or laptop. Because despite some nostalgic moods once in a while, we live in 2012 now. The handset has been manufactured with a high quality speaker and microphone and can be used with all mobile phones when fitted with the correct adaptor (sold separately).

It is the new hottest gadget in town. To prove it, we found a picture from Jak & Jil’s Tommy Ton. He spotted this guy in Milan during Men’s Fashion Week with the golden POP phone.  There is only one way to call your PA: in style.

You can find the POP phone at Louis Maximilian in Amsterdam.
