Dutch model Milou van Groesen for Balenciaga

Needless to say that we have a whole new generation of talented models coming from our little country; Patricia van de Vliet, Nimuë Smit, Daphne Groeneveld, Saskia de Brauw, Mirte Maas, just to name a few. And another star is rising. Her name is Milou van Groesen. Her career is taking a huge flight since she has walked the Balenciaga show in October 2010. She featured on several covers like I-D magazine and Japanese Vogue, and did other big name catwalkshows. She walked her walk for Chanel, Dolce&Gabbana, Stella McCartney and Lanvin.

The F/W ’12 campaign for Balenciaga (shot by no less than Steven Meisel) is her third campaign after modelling for Topshop and H&M.

Keep her name in mind. You might run into her pictures more often in the future.
