Returning to Londen Fashion Week after four seasons of New York, Alice Temperley made her comeback with a grand entrance at the British Museum presenting a very ‘couture’ collection inspired by Venetian fans.
Embroideries, delicate tulle, champagne silk and metallic lace encrusted with crystals. But there were also some tuxedos and caramel leather trousers worn with oversized knits. It was all very pretty and handcrafted.
