The renown Buddha Bar has a little brother, and it has conveniently landed in Amsterdam! Next to the renovated City cinema we can lavish ourselves with fine oriental food, tasty cocktails and eclectic grooves.

Digitalista K. has been on a recessionista shopping spree lately…and look what she has found at New Yorker! A faux-leather pencil skirt that could easily pass for real leather, and looks great with an off-white bohemian blouse or XL black & white printed t-shirt (we don’t want to look trashy).
She once propulsed the black Ray Ban Wayfarer into the world of fashion, so who better to think of than Madge to design a line of sunglasses? Exactly what Dolce&Gabbana thought. She recently confirmed the launch of a clothing line, but to start with she collaborated with the D&G boys on a range of six sunglasses under the name of MDG.
The rumour-mill is ungoing. Is Karl Lagerfeld really leaving Chanel? Although he has reached the age of 76, we can’t imagine Chanel without the youthful and creative mind of Karl. His ‘supposed’ replacement, Alber Elbaz is a good designer, but no one beats Karl’s talents.
Fortunately a spokesperson from Chanel firmly denies the rumours, and released the following statement to Vogue:
