New! Paint by numbers dress

Painting by numbers

What about painting your own dress? Doesn’t it make you feel like a little child again? Sketching your own baby doll dress in pink and purple shades. Well a little girls dream can still come true….

Look at this! A unique ‘colour-in dress’, created by fashion designer Berber Soepboer and graphic designer Michiel Schuurman, comes with a variety of pens and allows women to create their own design – by colouring it themselves. It’s as easy as it looks! Just remember the good old days when you were painting by numbers. Instead of little kittens en dogs, now you paint the print of a dress.

The dress comes as an intricately-detailed black and white template and can be worn as it is or filled in with any combination of colours. The versatile design allows women to match their party dress to their accessories, complexion, or even the occasion. The knee-length, 1960s-style dress is patterned with scallop shapes and is ideal for women faced with the classic dilemma of co-ordinating shoes and jewellery with their dress.

Berber, who lives in the Netherlands also, said: ‘I especially design clothing which can be worn in different ways, so the owner can make choices in how to wear the cloth.’ Like we said before: All the good stuff comes from the Netherlands….Think Daryl van Wouw and Don Diablo for example. Not only creative, but also very cute! Just like this dress…
